Katie Tsakeres is co-owner and co-founder of Melrose Aesthetics. With a background in cardiology plus 15 years of medical experience, she brings a deep understanding of care, precision, and safety into every room, and to every patient she sees. Passionate about a holistic approach to beauty and wellness, Katie empowers her clients, always sending them home feeling more confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves. As a wife and mom of three, she prioritizes her family and faith which are at the heart of everything she does.

Lindsey Felts

Lindsey is co-owner and co-founder of Melrose Aesthetics. With 15 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner—including four devoted to aesthetics—she believes in simple, effective skincare. Passionate about a clean, nourishing routine, she loves helping clients celebrate and feel amazing in their natural, God-given skin. Outside of working the dream, Lindsey loves time with family, hot yoga, and getting away from it all by reading, traveling, or both.  

Haley Markham

Haley is a Nurse Practitioner at Melrose Aesthetics. She graduated from Vanderbilt’s Nurse Practitioner program in 2008 and after working in ENT and adult primary care, she joined us in 2021. Aesthetics and skincare have been her passion ever since, with Haley finding joy in combining different methods to achieve a natural, refreshed look. When she’s not helping our clients feel fabulous, Haley loves spending time with her husband, four beautiful children, and dog Duke.

Kristin is the amazing Aesthetic Assistant who powers Melrose Aesthetics. She is passionate about aging gracefully—you, and her—and helping take care of our lovely clients’ skin every day.
